The refurbishment of the rehabilitation clinic, commissioned in 1983, contains fire protection measures, repair, improvement of handicapped accessibility and upvaluation of the interior equipment. The intention is a hotel-like character with high abode qualities.

The building measures will be carried out in two stages with the clinic continuously in use and will be finished in April 2005.
