Near to the city of Kabul, we planned the development of an industrial park, layed out for IT-companies (offices) and similar production units. The aim of the design is a high quality and impressive urban space supporting a high flexibility of the plot size and building development. The planning provides an expressive circular and large mould with common recreation and green areas with lakes and additional a diversified offer of facilities for daily use life like schools, mosques, shops, restaurants and heatlh care facilities. A top level technical infrastrucure with central sewage plant among others, is an essential part of the development.
