Development of residence towers with 680 flats and shops at the socle zone in 2 phases. On a plot of nearly 35.000 sqm, a increaresidential area should be developed. We planned max. 11 buildings in 2 different dimensions, each with 12 storeys. The socle zone contains small shops of different size and the reception area of the residences. All the other storeys are covered for flats, from 2-room-flats with 80 sqm up to 4-room-flats with 140 sqm. Each residence will get a balcony or loggia. The basement develops parking space for about 680 cars. The remaining plot should be developed as a car-free green area.
